Rules for using Visulry accounts, advertising placements, and content.
Overview
These terms apply to the Visulry website, user accounts, advertising placements, editorial content, and related services made available at visulry.com. By using the service, creating an account, or placing an ad, you agree to these terms.
Visulry is operated by Aurdal ENK, based in Norway. These public terms work together with our Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent through our contact page or to contact@visulry.com.

Accounts and Acceptable Use
- Use Visulry lawfully and do not interfere with the site, APIs, email flows, or payment systems.
- Keep the email account you use for magic-link login secure. Access to your Visulry account is your responsibility.
- Do not scrape, mirror, resell, or republish Visulry listings, category pages, articles, or salary data beyond normal browsing and reasonable referencing with attribution.
- Do not bypass rate limits, paywalls, upload limits, or any technical safeguards.
- Do not use Visulry in violation of sanctions, export controls, or other applicable legal restrictions.
- If you submit content or an ad, you confirm you have the rights to the assets you upload and that the content does not infringe third-party rights.
Advertising, Refunds, and Review
- Advertising purchases are one-time placements for a fixed 30-day window. There are no recurring subscriptions today.
- Orders are created through Stripe-hosted Checkout. A placement is only reserved after payment succeeds, and the target date window may shift up to 24 hours pending review.
- Every placement is reviewed manually before going live. Rejected placements are automatically refunded through Stripe and the uploaded image is deleted.
- If a placement under review is not reviewed within the stated review SLA, it is refunded automatically by a sweep process.
- Delivered placements that have already run are generally non-refundable except for duplicate charges, technical failure on our side, or where mandatory law requires otherwise.
- Visulry may reject, remove, or refund placements that violate the acceptable-use rules above or that we reasonably consider misleading, unsafe, or off-topic for the audience.
Payment Security
- Checkout runs on Stripe-hosted pages over HTTPS.
- Visulry does not store full payment card numbers or CVC values. Stripe processes card data and returns limited billing metadata needed for receipts, refunds, and support.
- Use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe policies, including the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Content, Trademarks, and License Scope
- Visulry software, page layouts, editorial writing, and the Visulry brand are protected by intellectual property law.
- Product listings on Visulry describe third-party tools and link to their official sites. Trademarks, logos, and product names referenced on Visulry belong to their respective owners.
- You may link to Visulry pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish Visulry editorial content, category pages, or salary datasets in bulk without written permission.
- User-submitted ad assets remain the property of the advertiser. By submitting an ad you grant Visulry a limited license to display the creative during the approved placement window.
Data and Warranty Disclaimers
- Visulry provides a curated directory, editorial articles, and reference salary data, not legal, tax, immigration, investment, accounting, or other professional advice.
- Product information, pricing, and availability change frequently and may be out of date. You are responsible for validating important decisions directly with the underlying product or vendor.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visulry is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.
Suspension, Changes, and Governing Law
- We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively once posted on this page.
- We may suspend or terminate access for breach, misuse, fraud, security risk, or non-payment.
- If you use Visulry under a separate signed agreement (for example an enterprise or procurement addendum), that agreement controls where it conflicts with these public terms.
- Unless mandatory law says otherwise, these terms are governed by Norwegian law.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can advertisers get a refund after the placement has run?
Placements that have already run are generally non-refundable. Refunds are issued automatically for rejected placements and for placements that miss the review SLA. Contact us for duplicate charges or technical failures.
Can I republish Visulry articles or salary data?
Short quotes with attribution are fine. Bulk republication, commercial redistribution, or scraping of Visulry content requires written permission.
Are Visulry pages or articles professional advice?
No. Visulry is an informational directory and editorial product. Validate legal, tax, employment, and compensation decisions with qualified professionals.
Does Visulry sell subscriptions?
Not today. The current paid product is one-time advertising placements through Stripe Checkout.
