Terms of Service

Visulry is a directly distributed macOS application and a supporting website operated by Aurdal ENK in Norway. The website provides account access, membership billing, downloads, and device activation. The Mac application provides the creative workspace.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Visulry for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

A paid membership grants one person a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the current Visulry Mac application on up to two active Macs. You may deactivate a Mac and use the released slot on another device.

Memberships renew at the selected interval until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.

Visulry lets you connect supported third-party model subscriptions and your own API accounts. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability, rate limits, and charges. Visulry does not resell their usage.

You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, choosing what project context to send, and ensuring that your use of each provider is authorized.

Creative files, project records, research jobs, provider credentials, boards, and exports are stored by the Mac application on storage you control. Visulry does not provide cloud backup or synchronization for that material.

You are responsible for maintaining backups, sufficient disk space, and access to the local workspace. Removing local files or the application may make creative material unavailable.

You retain rights in material you own. You are responsible for having permission to collect, process, reproduce, and export source material. Source labels and rights fields in Visulry are organizational aids, not legal clearance.

Do not use Visulry to violate intellectual-property, privacy, access-control, or other applicable laws. Generated analysis can be incomplete or wrong and requires professional review.

Do not interfere with the service, bypass membership or device controls, distribute your account access, introduce malicious code, or use the website to harm others.

Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the application or its protected services.

The service is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that every provider, result, integration, or release will always be available or error-free. Back up important work and review outputs before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by law, Aurdal ENK is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost provider access, or loss of locally stored data. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update the software and these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the website, account email, or application. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
